Memoranda
Our civic organization has 9 memoranda of cooperation with civic organizations, 6 with youth spaces, 8 with educational institutions in Ukraine, and 3 with European higher education institutions. These agreements are official documents that record arrangements between two or more parties regarding joint activities, intentions, or areas of interaction. This direction is an important tool for establishing partnerships and defining the framework for cooperation.

In December, a multi-component memorandum was signed between youth spaces and centers in the Zhytomyr region. Our youth center “PROSTO” is a partner for:
“Nezlamni” Youth Space (Khazhin village, Semenivska community)
“Vymir” Youth Space (Zhytomyr city, Zhytomyr community)
“M-Formation” Youth and Volunteer Center (Berdychiv city, Berdychiv community)
Korostyshiv Youth Space (Korostyshiv city, Korostyshiv community)
Why do we need this?
This tradition of documenting cooperation is beneficial for:
✅Formalization of partnership – the memorandum records agreements, which helps avoid misunderstandings.
✅Definition of cooperation areas – parties agree on joint initiatives, goals, obligations, and expected results.
✅Increased trust – the document demonstrates the seriousness of intentions and responsibility of the parties.
✅Simplified resource attraction – the memorandum can serve as confirmation of partnership for grant providers and sponsors.
✅Strengthening influence – joint activities increase the effectiveness and visibility of civic initiatives.
